  • Original tags and packaging are intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@gloviena.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to approve your return request (within 24-48 hours)
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to our address or schedule a pickup (for Mumbai locations)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Exchanges

For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Share photos of the defect/damage
  • We will arrange free pickup and send a replacement or full refund
